They were great, came to give an estimate arrived ion time and was very good at explaining how the new drain line would be installed. Also got an estimate for duct cleaning. Decode to do both and the technician (Brent) was able to check the schedule and we had a day and time set up before he left. Came today on time and finished in less time than expected as there were two technicians.
